Words my kids love to hear: I’m making waffles for dinner! Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorites, and for some reason I don’t get bogged down at the idea of cooking when it’s waffle night because they are so easy to make! Add some fruit, yogurt, and scrambled eggs and you’ve got yourself an easy, slightly nutritious dinner. Sometimes that’s all you can hope for.

How to make waffles for dinner (or anytime!)
Waffles are so easy to make. It really can’t be more simple than mixing ingredients together.

- Whisk until a clumpy batter forms.
- Gently whisk in melted butter.
- Cook on a waffle iron until done.
The waffle maker I’m using was a wedding gift, and I love it! It’s simple to use, no bells and whistles. It’s lasted for 17 years now, and no signs of age. It’s Black & Decker so you know it’s quality! After they come out of the waffle maker, they go straight into my Cosari Air Fryer to keep the waffles warm as I cook them.
